San Francisco, CA: July 28, 2004, The MagPo Show, a LitQuake Fundraiser (organized by RhinoLoveScratch Art Productions), at Mighty, 119 Utah. LitQuake is San Francisco's Premier Literary Festival. The fundraiser will include poems created with magnetic poetry kits by a gallery of exceptional writers (e.g., Dave Eggers, Jerry Stahl, Daniel Handler, Don Novello, Cameron Tuttle and more!), accompanied by visual representations created by local artists. I had the honor of making the painting for Jerry Stahl's extraordinary haiku from hell.

Not an art exhibit, but a booksigning for "McSweeney's 7", the latest issue of "McSweeneys", Dave Egger's extraordinary literary journal, for which I've had the honor of doing the cover art for JT Leroy's fantastic story, "Harold's End". Please come, pick up a copy, and meet some of the authors and artists (TBA) who have contributed to this beautiful tome, which is comprised of 7 booklets housed in a cloth-covered slipcase.
